Psychedelic Transcendence

“Every man takes the limits of his own field of vision for the limits of the world.” — Arthur Schopenhauer

The Universe, God, is vast, cosmic, limitless. It is only human perspective that is limited.

If you are interested in broadening your horizons; expanding your perspective, I highly recommend psilocybin mushrooms as they will almost definitely do all the above.

They can help you get, if only for a moment, a glimpse, of the vast, cosmic, infinite, reality which is beyond your ego – beyond who you think you are…

Transcendence…

Psychedelic Selflessness

“The man who has forgotten self may be said to have entered Heaven.”
― Zhuangzi

Something I experienced with the aid of psilocybin mushrooms was a complete ego loss — literally a complete transcendence of myself & an experience of everything outside of myself, but it all felt like me. I was one with everything.

This self that I experienced beyond my ego is, I believe, the divine self, which is who we all truly are. It is an experience beyond form, beyond identification with skin color, gender, & all physical features.

It is an experience of the Soul.

Meditation is a good practice to begin before considering the psychedelic experience.

Here is a great concise & to the point psychedelic meditation guide:

The Weird Psychedelic State

“What is always left out of descriptions of the psychedelic state, the deep psychedelic state, is how weird it is.”
-Terence McKenna

If you’ve tripped hard you know how weird the experience can get, but did you know it can get weirder?

& for those who have never used psychedelics or drugs and have kept the same mind your whole life, you can’t even imagine how weird the deep psychedelic state can get.

Even for those who have used psychedelics, when they come back to “reality”, it’s impossible or close to impossible to describe some of what was just experienced.

^This is one reason I wrote The Psychedelic Trip Journal. It’s a journal I wish I had going into my first psilocybin experiences, and is great for all psychedelic trips. It helps people integrate what they learn during their trips — for the purpose of remembering what they learned to integrate it into their daily lives.

Because the deep psychedelic state is beyond weird.

It’s beyond space & time.

It’s ineffable, but it might just eff you…haha…in the best of ways…
